A limited number of travel scholarships to attend the conference will be awarded to young investigators from developing countries involved in clinical or basic research.

The amount of the scholarship will not exceed 3000 Euros (travel, stay expenses, registration) according to flight ticket economic fare.

REQUIREMENTS

The applicant must :
 be a young scientists (doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows) or a young clinicians/biologists/pharmacists involved in research programme
 have submitted an abstract ;
 be working in a developing country ;
 be committed to setting up international collaborations ;
 have a commitment to share what was learned at the conference ;

SELECTION CRITERIA

 Quality of the abstracts
 Preference will be given to applicants who have accepted abstracts
 Financial need
 Region and country of work

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants should submit :
 a Scholarship Application Form fill it online : here  ;
 a Letter of Motivation to attend the meeting (half page maximum) ;
 a letter of recommendation from scientific mentor, supervisor or head of the department (on official letterhead with a signature and telephone number).

Application, letter of motivation and letter of recommendation should be completed and returned to the Office of the Conference Secretariat via e-mail (v.buffet@vbce.fr).
